SPRING?
We are not joking!
It snowed on Wednesday after a glorious weekend!
That's Spring weather for you.
Thank-you so much for coming into to help with the Heads Project. The children have a great time.
Next Friday the children have been asked to bring in buns/tray bakes for a donation to go to help the people in Ukraine.
If your child would like more than one they will need to bring in a containers as the buns need to be eaten at home.
This will be done in classes only so what we bring in to Reception class we sell to Reception children.
Well Spring has been in the air this week with all the activities.

What another busy week.
This week has been science week so on on Friday afternoon we attempted some experiments with the children.
They loved them as you can imagine.
We did the skittle rainbow experiment.
Exploding volcano.
Predicted which liquid, oil, milk, water or vinegar would dissolve the ginger bread man the quickest.
Apple bubbles and moving colours.
Lots of learning and talking was involved in the process.
We have been learning lots of new vocabulary about castles long ago and who lived in them and the work that they did.
In maths we have been looking at shapes, their properties such as roll (curved face) and side (flat face) and making our own repeating patterns.
Below is a selection of photos from the week:
